Cai Qi E-government Platform Design And Realization

Public departments of finance are required to use advanced information management technologies and tools to to collect and analyze financial information related to financial applications and supervision. The information management is supposed to replace paper-based office and be more efficient, secure and complete. However, existing office automation tools have not applied Web and workflow technologies, and the performances are not competent at integration, pertability, security and update.This thesis will investigate the financial departments' features and requirements of office automation. A financial e-government platform will be proposed and designed, with J2EE and workflow technoligies. J2EE is used to model the software and make it Web-based and perform well at integration and update. Workflow engine is designed to make it secure and transaction supported.The paper will conduct research on the financial departments's businesses and office activities. The system architecture, user requirements and performance requirements have been discussed. The system model, software model and workflow model are deisgned on B/S and J2EE. The secure technical stacks are discussed for the financial platform. The implemenmtation, configuration and test plan of the platform have been presented.The proposed financial electronic government platform is intended for the administration officers of financial departments and financial staff of rerated companies. It is valuable and oriented to financial businesses'affairs and requirements. The system, secure and workflow solution are popular and scalable. The added services can be implemented based on the platform.
