Office automation system construction is the focus of China’s enterprises to deployone of the tasks. Based on the B/S mode of the system architecture, design andimplementation of office automation systems, the use of the three-tier data layer,business application layer and data access layer structure technology, office automationsystems analysis, design and implementation, designed internal office commonly usedfunction modules, combined with database technology, improve system performance.Firstly, the proposed corporate office automation system’s main content andconstruction goals, analyzes office automation system data acquisition concepts;followed for system building goals, analyzes of office automation system functionalrequirements, environmental requirements, system use case requirements, and analyzethe system interface style, overall performance, and finally established the officeautomation system data flow.Secondly, the office automation system detailed design, analysis and design of thesystem’s functional modules, functional processes, application level, network topologyon the overall structure of office automation system design, followed by analysis basedon demand, the system is designed specifically for business functions. Meanwhile, theuse of UML modeling design sequence diagram and state diagram, the design of thesystem database, respectively database table field information, ER diagram design, finaldesign of the office automation business function data flow and operational processes.Respect of the design and implementation of enterprise office automation systemmodules,such as the information management, mail and forums, job evaluation,integrated office, document management, workflow, personal office, platforms, login,etc., for functional business modules designed management interface, operating codeand operating procedures, complete management of the business enterprise officeautomation functions to achieve. Through systematic testing and analysis, such as datais added, data query, data delete operation function is stable, the test results derivedsystem, its performance and function indicators are basically in line with the corporateoffice automation system, the basic requirements.Enterprise office automation systems, maximizing the enterprise data management,office automation needs specialized, centralized and scale, to achieve corporate office of information technology and standardization. This thesis has reaserched the design ofenterprise management system, office automation, information technology developmenthas a certain research value.
