Design And Implementation Of Party And Government Office Automation System

With the rapid development of social economy and internet technology,the office mode of party and government offices has gradually changed from decentralized office to cooperative office.The traditional office mode can not meet the needs of the public for the work efficiency of the party and government offices.How to combine the modern office with internet technology,to form a set of efficient,interconnected office automation system independent and collaborative work in the party and government offices,which has the practical significance to simplify the work process of party and government offices,reduce the difficulty of the work of the staff of government agencies,improve the work efficiency.Based on the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the party and government office automation system at home and abroad,the office automation system project as research background,an all-round investigation and study of the actual situation of the party and government organs’ office work was conducted.On this basis,the detailed demand analysis of the office automation system was carried out.According to the demand analysis results,advanced software development technology was used and the overall structure of the system was builded.Then the party and government office automation system was designed in detail.It is aim to develop a set of intelligent,efficient and easy office automation system which can provide support for the party and government organs of daily office and decision.The work was developed in accordance with the basic process of software.(1)Demand analysis stage.the party and government offices for the functional requirements of office automation system was researched,and function module division was completed,requirements analysis document was producted.(2)System design stage.From the outstanding design method of office automation system of the latest,and according to the demand analysis result,the overall architecture of the system was designed firstly,and then the document management system,document management,meeting schedule management,collaborative work and public information management 5 modules were completed.(3)System implementation stage.According to the design of the previous stage,the three storey frame structure of system was builded with a typical "Struts+Hibernate+Spring" as the core technology.Oacle as the backstage database system,combined with cloud computing technology,based on of J2 EE platform,each function module for the party and government office automation system was realiezed.(4)System testing stage.Selecting the appropriate test method,the function and performance test of the system was completed,the problem was found,and the function of system was improved and optimized.
