The Construction of Democratic of China needs the coordination of many factors. In the period of information, the media literacy of the public is highly required. What the public needs is not only the reception of information through the mass media, but also the active participation of politic activities via the mass media, which makes the media literacy a dramatically importance to the construction of Democratic of China.The article focuses on the importance of media literacy from three aspects of the audience,the media and the government seperately.
