Network Communication Youth Voice

When the development of the media literacy education for the public comes to a certain extent, namely, it completed the task of building the ability of critical analyzing and judging after the media was set in the social environment. And the most important step is to help the audience developing the ability of using the media to get the information that they need, and creating or producing different kinds of media forms. Because of the appearance of the new media, it accelerated the liberty of the right of expression for the Chinese. Under the background of guaranteeing the children's right of media using around the world, the Chinese youth are also seeking for the long lost expression rights. So we called it"internet young voice program". But the task of how to realize the reciprocal development between the youth and the media, how to get more chances that based on the existing educational conditions for the youth to"express"what they think through the media, and what kind of expression could be more effective to educate the youth has become the new problems for the contemporary youth education, especially the media literacy education.This thesis is trying to analyze the actuality and find the reasons that why the Chinese"young voice"is absent. And recurring to the mature experiences of the media literacy education and the"young voice"programs execution from other countries and areas, I try to build or reinforce the consciousness of"young voice"through the internet for the whole society in theory. And last, I try to table a series of practical proposals for media-practice based internet"young voice"programs which is growing in the special media environment of China.
