CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is the combination of enterprise management and computer technologies. With the evolution of the Internet, the CRM systems are developed based on the Web pattern rather than the traditional Client/Server pattern. J2EE platform is the conformable design platform.This paper introduces the architecture of J2EE, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other technologies concerned. Based on these techniques, this paper discusses the core techniques of analytic CRM: Data Warehouse (DW), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Data Mining technologies. Based on all these technologies, the author constructs an analytic CRM architecture based on J2EE. Based on the architecture, the author designs a prototype of analytic CRM, and finally implements it. |
