Information is regarded as lifeline of finance industry and data is its blood. The devotion of large-scale security companies and some new expansion security companies in the aspect of information management also spares no effort. But at the same time, the more efficient and complicated data warehouse tools and decision support systems are still having not been used widely by the security enterprise during information processing. At present, Chinese security industry data management faces the situation that gathering large quantity of data, but lacking the tools and means to management and mining the knowledge that conceals behind these data. With information processing evolving from simple to complex, from low layer business to high layer management, from professional data to knowledge, the security enterprises will attach more importance to data warehouse technique and decision support system in the future.By the combination of theories and examples, this paper introduces the application of data warehouse and data mining techniques in Security Broker Business Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Data warehouse is the basis of decision analysis, and quit different from traditional database system. Data warehouse has the characteristics of Object Oriented, integrated, time varying and nonvolatile. This paper introduces some basic concepts of data warehouse techniques and expatiates the whole process of creating data warehouse from model design to physics realization. By use of the SOL Server 2000, a data warehouse for Security Broker Business CRM is created.On Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) is a widely used data warehouse application technique. OLAP can offer complicated query results quickly, flexibly and intelligibly from large amount of data according to the request of decision personnel. This paper introduces the process of creating multi dimensional data sets and discusses the OLAP analysis techniques. By use of the SOL Server 2000, the multi dimensional data sets for Security Broker Business CRM are created and some OLAP operations are done upon it.Data mining is a kind of deep level data analysis technique. Data mining can extract useful, potential unknown information and knowledge from plentiful, incomplete, disturbed, fuzzy and random data. The basic concepts and techniques of data mining are discussed in this paper. By use of SOL Server 2000, two kinds of data mining techniques, namely, decision tree and cluster algorithm, for Security Broker Business CRM are implemented, and some useful conclusions are obtained.At the end of this paper, three SOL procedures are designed for theSecurity Broker Business CRM. These procedures can be regarded as some supplements for to query functions that OLAP and data mining can't achieve.
