The Evaluation Model Of Learning In The Teachers' Case Studies The Design And Realization

Through the maintaining of teacher's case-based learning system and the process of instructional job, the author found that the system was lack of learning evaluation, which made us can't evaluate the effect of learning and can't supervise the learning process, all above would impact the teaching quality. This paper is aimed to establish a new evaluation model which is logical, comprehensive and current to implement the design and development.Considering the education technology method principles of modularization, automatization and artificiality defect analysis, the paper adopts the method of document investigation, software engineer and so on. The features of the new evaluation model: 1. based on case-based learning. 2. Formative evaluation is the main method. 3. Automatization design. 4. Modularization design. 5. Implementing dynamic evaluation on case learning. 6. Choosing AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation as the core arithmetic.Referring to many web-learning evaluation indexes, the author sets up a evaluation index of case-based learning system which is established by using analytic hierarchy method and based on collaborative learning. The author chooses three non-measured factors, as the one grade index, focusing on the evaluation of basic knowledge, collaborative ability and the use of case resource.According the model above, the author designs and develops the evaluation system which includes entire, functional, database, and permission design on teachers' case-based learning. During the development of the system, three layers architecture is used. JSP is mainly programming language, SQL server 2000 from Microsoft is the data management system.The conclusion is submitted as follows:1. The evaluation model focuses on the evaluation of practice and theory.2. The implementation of modularization design.3. The implementation of automatization design.4.
