Student Information Management System Development And Design,

This design's purpose is to use computer to manage students'information, which has incomparable advantage of administrative institute of crafts. Student's information management system is needed to deal with the large amount of information, which improves the efficiency of students'administration, for example: information regulation, scientific statistic, and express search. These advantages can reduce the workload of students'administration greatly. The main aim of the new system is to make information systematic, standardized and automatic. The new system based on Visual Basic 6.0 is supported by database and is combined with advanced technology of database and data management, which improves the accuracy and safety of data. At the same time, it has greatly improved between the parallel operation of users and the management of administrators. This system is expected to be used to manage students'information in Students'Affairs Division, Kangding Nationality Teachers'College.The main contents of this paper comprise six aspects:system planning,systems analysis, general designing, detailed designing, system implementation, debugging and testing operations.
