Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Management System For Office Based On PHP Technology

With the development and popularization of the internet,people pay more and more attention to the OA(office Automation),they hope that they have real time communications with each other on the net which is supported by the WEB database technilogy.Therefor,how to interview the database quickly,dynamicly and alternantly by web page has become a key problem to the OA. Base on the introduction of the browser/server framework,this paper presents an OS designment and achievement of a quick interview to the web database by the use of the PHP technique and Mysql fountions and the mechanism of web page embeding server scrip.With the GreenAMP and FrontPage tools,we develop the OA system of 612 office of the Computer Academy.This OS is divided into the front stage management(user management,net communication,common information,resource management,project management and system management,etc.)and the rear stage management(authority managetent and user account management)function,puts the office informations and system management informations into a Mysql database.This paper emphasizes particularly on the designment and achievement of the front page,includes net commution and resource management.Besides,we analyse the whole structure and working theory of the net OS system based on the PHP technique,introduce the popular dynamic webpage developing language, and describe the use and validation of the systm.The PHP technique has make the dynamic web page development so briefly,fleetly and efficiently that it has become a popular developing language to the web page development.
