The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Management System For Government

Traditional office files are stored by means of paper, with the improvement of technology,the improvement living standard of people, and constant rapid development of computertechnology and network technology, traditional office mode cannot meet with the demand ofpeople anymore. How to realize office automation and improve work efficiency to satisfyliving demand of people have been a problem people are concerned about. According toabove situations, we design to realize an office automation management system, this systemstarts with official business of the government agency, uses B/S framework mode to realize.Personnel only need to use a browser to login system, which can manage daily work andknow current work condition in time. The design and implementation of system regulate theprocess and implementation of the government’s management work, making the dailymanagement work have an obvious improvement.This article introduces the demand analysis, general design, detailed design andimplementation process of this office automation system. At first, the article introduces thebackground of the office automation system design, and puts forward the aim of designing thesystem and start point, taking the government agency as an example, and introducesdevelopment situation of office automation. Then, by UML modeling method, we analyzedemand and design of system, using case diagram to describe system demand, which makesthe description of system demand clear and accurate. For system design, class diagram, phasediagram and sequence chart are adopted: for static structure, class diagram is a gooddescription which can express the relation and distinction of each class; and for dynamicstructure, phase diagram and sequence chart are suitable to elaborate. As for implementationpart, system uses MyEclipse as development environment, SQL Server2008as database, anduse web technology of JSP to conduct development implementation for system. In practicaldevelopment process, system merges and classifies related some functions, uses tree form toshow function menu of system, which is easy for users to search. At the same time, in thesame window surface, we have implemented more operations to allow users not need toswitch window frequently when using the system, reducing many unnecessary operation steps.Finally we test the system, making sure the operability of the system, checking the robustness of system.Office automation management system is divided into some subsystems, eachsubsystem includes some different modules, each module has respective subfunction to finishdifferent business and demand. The main function module of the system includes: officialdocuments management, meeting management, schedule, announcement management,personal information office management, basic information installation management andsystem maintenance management. After finishing system, it cannot only be convenient togovernment management work, at the same time it can improve preparation rate of data andsave resources. For office automation management system, the government agency becomessimple and efficient, personnel use fewer resources to finish more works, making thegovernment’s management to have obvious improvement and further development. Althoughthe system exists certain drawbacks, it has some reference function to the progress ofgovernment department office system.
