Iptv System Analysis

IPTV has been adopted and deployed by the world's major telecom operators. In China, China's IPTV market is becoming increasingly mature. Currently ,China Telecom and China Netcom have launched IPTV pilot commercial operation in several provinces and municipalities in the country based on ADSL broadband access network.Telecom operators are actively participate in and promote the standardization process of IPTV, television operators are gradually open the door to IPTV, China's IPTV market will have a bright prospects. In a large population like China, IPTV will face the challenges of large-scale system design and deployment.IPTV system is a large and complicated system. IPTV technology, including the major audio and video codec technology, multicast technology, streaming media technology, content distributed and storage technology and digital rights management technology, and information retrieval and electronic mass-production management program, which is in a series of continuous development and updating of technology. IPTV business network system structure on the end-to-end QoS IP bearer network, broadband access, terminal, and a series of technical requests.This paper focus on the IPTV system on the following three aspects: building a reliable, efficient IPTV system,so we can provided our customers with end-to-end solutions; Distributed storage of content strategy and streaming media server deployment strategy; Research new Application Mode of IPTV system, maximizing the use of IPTV platform resources.This paper is divided into the following chapters, the first chapter begins with the background of this thesis; the second chapter describes the overall IPTV system structure, including architecture and key components; the third chapter describes the business of IPTV system and interface; fourth chapter detailed describes CETC IPTV system; the fifth chapter introduces CETC IPTV system deployment programs; chapter VI introduces digital video hotel business model and deployment program design; chapter VII is about test results; finally,the author propose some of her own experiences.
