This thesis is derived from a National-Defense Pre-researching Program.The embedded computer system which used in Floating-Observation-Platform is designed and implemented.The Floating-Observation-Platform is researched for improving the Air-defense and antimissile system's ability in both searching in low altitude and stable tracking with moving targets.The core of this system includes two CCD observation devices,servo system,wireless data transmission equipment and embedded computer.The embedded computer is required to build information channel connect to control center and receive control command from control center because of Floating-Observation-Platform' complex structure,coordinate the information from image processing and servo system and complete control algorithms at the same time.So.an embedded computer designing project based on ARM+DSP's dual-CPU structure is proposed, the Dual-Port RAM is used for connect the two processors.This paper's detail works as follows:1.Using LPC2214 of Philips to achieve functions such as control whole system;2.Both of realization of control algorithms and driving the servo motor by PWM are achieved by TMS320F2812 of TI;3.On the production of the software,develop the program for ARM under ADS environment and progam for DSP under CCS.4.Analyzing the stable tracking algorithms based on adaptive-gate-tracking thought briefly.5.Designing and completing the observation experiment in an air port.The experimental results prove the embedded system reliability.6.Finally,the structure of FPGA+DSP is putted forward focus on system's problem.
