With the rapid development and popularization of DSP technology,more and more people are recognizing and familiar with it and use it. Since electronic,commu--nications and network technology are developing quickly,in order to meet the demand of this rapid development, further improve the experimental subjects and increase the standard of teaching, presently,there are some universities in our country who have established the laboratories for DSP teaching,so technology on DSP has been applied to experimental teaching,it is also necessary to update and improve the related experimental courses and experiment instruments.Although there are so many kinds of DSP products in the market,there are few ideal products designed for college students and engineering applications. In order to open basic experiment which is close to the syllabus, and innovative experiment which is close to the railway signal transmission, in view of the existing floating-point DSP experimental teaching system based on TMS320VC33,after analysing and researching the products about TMS320C672x, I proposed to build the subjet on a new generation of DSP Experiment System.In this paper, a floating-point DSP experimental system for teaching based on TMS320C6722B is studied and designed.The system use DSP+ARM dual-core CPU microprocessor program,which can achieve high-speed data processing and real-time communication control function,it not only meet the needs of teaching experimnet,but also serve as the hardware development platform for engineering and technical personnel.First of all,this system has rich peripheral interface resources,outside the C6722B, there are DDS signal source,audio codec,FLASH/SDRAM memory and the specific A/D,D/A circuit. It entirely possible to realize the occurrence,the collection, the processing,the storage of signal,and to in line with the baic conditions for modern signal processing.Thus,the system has broad application prospects.Secondly,STM32F103ZET6 completed the main task of control and communicati--on, it is a 32-bit microcontroller with ARM Cortex-M3 core,with separate data and ad--dress bus, through the external dual-port RAM, high-speed data transmission can be carried out between master and slave processor. At the same time,the system required to set aside the secondary development of SPI interface. In order to realize visual commun--ication,I added a USB2.0 interface and RS-232 serial port. With the mass storage of SD card, it become convenient to develop the recorder for future.Finally, I designed the overall appearance and component location of the system, also implement a rational distribution of the LCD display, keyboard, JTAG interface, and some important output terminals.
