The Design And Implementation Of Embedded Multi-purpose Connection Switch

In our life, intelligent equipments have been widely used and popularized. The intelligent equipments have a lot of different kinds communication interface, such as serial port, USB connection, network interface and infrared interface.This article studied how to realize the different connection intelligent equipments link to an embedded multi-purpose connection switch, and transmit the different connection data to the computer through the network interface congruously.For providing the rationale for the embedded multi-purpose connection switch realization, this article has analyzed the basic principle and the communication protocol of the serial port, the USB connection and the network interface. This article has also realize the connection swith software and hardware on the ARMSYS44B0-P embedded development platform, that the connection switch could transmit the data among the serial port, the USB connection and the network interface mutually.In order to confirm the function for the embedded multi-purpose connection switch, this article has established a system which designed the computer software, the equipment controller's hardware and the MCU software; and the equipment controller has been installed on the fanner. After that, the computer software and the equipment controller are connected the embedded multi-purpose connection switch by the serial port and the network interface respectively. Base on the system, the data transferring and the data conversation can be realized between the connection switch and the USB disk.With the information technology improve dramatically, the intellectualized and network of the instrument and the electronic equipment will be a tendency. The embedded multi-purpose connection switch will also have the broader application prospect.
