On The Livelihood Of The People In The News Media Supervision

This paper analyzes the current situation of the surveillance of public opinion in the citizens' livelihood news in our country dialectically. On the one hand, the supervision by pubic opinion has been improved a lot than before, while on the other hand, because of today's particular social condition, the development is not thorough in spite of the prosperity of space, time and content.According to this, the paper analyzes and elaborates the following four parts, intending to put forward some scientific and reasonable strategies and methods.Firstly, under what background does the surveillance of public opinion in the citizens' livelihood news come into being? And how does it develop? This paper believes that the formation and development of the surveillance of public opinion in the citizens' livelihood news meet the interests of people from all parts, under the background of political reform and democratization. Besides, it has improved a lot and gained a certain degree of effectiveness.Secondly, how is the supervision by pubic opinion carried out in the citizens' livelihood news? This paper analyzes the characteristics, process and methods of the supervision by pubic opinion.The third part of the paper describes the problems faced with in the process of the supervision by pubic opinion in the citizens' livelihood news. Some problems are caused by the obstruction and interference of all kinds of force. The others are because of the media of news itself, resulting in dislocation and alienation of the media.The fourth part states the necessary guarantee of the surveillance of public opinion in the citizens' livelihood news. It lists some corresponding strategies of solving the above problems from the aspects of policy, legislation, operation mechanism, ethics and so on.
