Based On Of Wiki Personal Knowledge Management In The Learning Of College Students Applied Research

With the development of Informational Technology, Web Technology, Computer Technology and Communication Technology, people are coming into the Information Age. It is truth that we are in the information blast, and the knowledge is becoming the key resource and one of the best essential factors. The society entered the knowledge one, and the competitive power of people and organizations rests with the knowledge. For the demands and challenges, people should have the abilities of PKM(personal knowledge management). As the way to cultivate people's information accomplishments and innovation abilities, the PKM makes some effects on the web Education and Educational Technology. At the same time, it is a new factor and important question of Educational Technology.Now, the study of PKM is more superficial, which is lack of the deep study systemically. This paper begins the study from the theory based on the background.With the development of WIKI, more and more enterprises and organizations use it as a kind of knowledge management tool. But in Education, the use of WIKI is the beginning moment.First, the paper analyzed the actualities of our country and abroad in order to get the shortcomings in the past study. It teased the intension and classification of the knowledge and got the importance of PKM. Second, it studied the intension, characteristics and skill requested, expounded the relation between the PKM and OKM from association, difference and confliction. Third, it studied the implementary process of the PKM, such as the demanding analyzed, choosing flat-top and so on. At last, a WIKI website based MediaWIKI was built. Using diagnoses, the paper studied the situation that undergraduates use WIKI as a knowledge management tool. After analyzing the data, some suggestions were given about using WIKI as knowledge management tool.
