With the development of the network technical, Internet technique has already penetrated to each field of the daily life and the industry production. It provides the communication way, which make the remote monitoring, and control of the running of equipment possible. Through the remote monitoring and control technique, the technical operator needn't to attend personally or to be in the environment. The remote monitoring and control technique is very useful in the ship area.Based on the existing soft and hardware resource of the "QZ1H" and the company on the land, the main task of this article is set up a system to remote monitor and control the status of the running shipping equipment. The system can display and save both real-time equipment statue data and history equipment statue data. These data can help the manager evaluate the equipment and make decision. Through set up the frame of system and exploited the software of the long-distance end of the system, the article research the technique and method which use the remote monitoring and control technique based on B/S on the crane ship.The thesis introduces the present situation of the remote monitoring and control technique at home and oversea in Chapter One at first. It analyzes the meaning of using the remote monitoring and control technique on board. It also introduces the background of the task and the main task of this article.Chapter Two introduces the localization of traditional C/S mode and the B/S mode used in this task. And it compares the B/S mode to C/S mode, analyzes the advantage of the B/S mode.Chapter There sets up collectivity frame of the system based on the need of the remote monitoring and control on the "QZ1H", introduces the main part, function requirement and hardware station of the control system on the ship and in the company.Chapter Four researches key technique used in the system, for example dynamic web technique, web DB technique, real-time DB technique and communication technique. Chapter Five expatiates on the way and the effect of the main function, like the data memory, monitored real-time data, and inquired the history data, used the server software on the long-distance end. It analyzes the real time requirement of the system, and proposed the way to enhance network security based on risk of the remote monitoring and control system.At last, some remote monitoring and control technology is prospected.
