| With the development of network technology,remote monitoring and control technology combines with network closely. The basic hierarchy model of remote monitoring and control system is researched in the thesis. Intranet technology and the integration of the Intranet and Internet are analyzed and studied in detail. Web-based remote monitoring scheme is proposed according to the comparison of different software modes.Firstly,the development and researching state of monitoring and control system is introduced,the function,structure, technology and implement schemes are researched. And then,aiming at the realization of the system based on Web, the different projects are discussed about data exchange technology between Intranet and Internet. Secondly, using the manner of distributed system based on DCOM for reference,OPC DA is adopted to realize the data share between Intranet and Internet,and the scheme that the OPC client connects with the field monitoring and control system in the form of ActiveX control in the browser is put forward which can amend the real time of the traditional scheme based on database; Kinds of ActiveX controls which can realize the monitoring and control functions are designed and embedded into HTML documents,which compose HMI as the windows to access with the industry fields .In addition, some of the factors that can debase the real time of the system are analyzed and some methods are put forward aiming at amending the real time and security of the system. At last,based on the study above,combined with network control system based on Devicenet and process control system based on THBSY-1 model, the field and Web monitoring control system, which realizes the function of data collection, data supervisal, parameters modification,data query and so on, are realized. In the end, operating the remote monitoring experiment system shows the feasibility of implementing the remote monitoring and control system based on Web. |
