NGBOSS support not onlythe mobile business requirement in recent time, but also the requirements in thefuture.As an important part of BOSS system, Convergent accounting system is the maincomponent of BOSS. It consists of account processing, account management, creditcontrol, system query and statistic, maintenance, data management.And the main three subsystem are account processing, account management,credit control. Account processing subsystem is used for the discount processing ofuser detailed bill sending by billing system, and product the final bill for end user.Account management subsystem is used for processing the whole business process ofuser's paying, calculate the difference withing the pay and user account in the operator,then product the processing log. Credit control subsystem is used for matching the billand deposit, then processing the credit of each user, controlling the fraud.The content of this article is based on the research of BOSS account system,discuss the technical design and implement of the application.
