Now the competing in the telcom market is increasingly furious, to make the company stand still on the incincible position in the competing with the big telecom operators, improving the company's competition is very important. This paper use big telecom operators' advanced experienceas a reference----implement business operation support system, BOSS.Aiming at the company I am working in, I design a BOSS provided with advanced ideas.This paper analyses boss's conception, structure, system function, administrative levels in system building, and main factors influenced system building.
