Design And Implementation Of Credit-Controlling Sub-System In BOSS System

With China's accession to the WTO and the deepening reform of telecommunications regulation in China, the competition in telecommunication industry will be intensified in the coming years. Credit- controlling system as the main function of BOSS has the key effect of controlling the operator's owe fee.This paper mainly discusses credit-controlling system. It includes following modules: real-time controlling, credit parameter maintenance, and individuation project customization.It has advantages of clear module, powerful function, and convenient configuration. Credit-controlling system mainly aims at credit status of customs who bring cost in province.The primary module of credit- controlling system is real-time controlling, which includes four submodules: fee detecting,real-time superviseing, awakeing management,and shut-or-boot mobile phone management.This paper investigates all the modules of the system,which focused on the real-time controlling module.It includes software requirements, preliminary design, detailed design and translating to code, and testing ways.The object is analyzing the system's four characteristics: real-time: which is the need of the company's operation;stabilization: which has key effect of the company's operation;flexibility: which needs to add some small modules in the system;integration: which is operation in all services to develop telecommunication.The credit controlling system which completed by this paper has been moving this project to Shanxi Mobile in their practical application. After six months's operation, it shows that: the credit controlling system meet the operational norms of BOSS, meet the users' requirements, and contributed to the development of credit controlling in the telecommunications industry.
