As a non-interposition therapy mean, radiotherapy technology is a very important way for malignant tumor treatment. Before we actualize the radiation to the patient, we must plan the therapy and simulate the process of the treatment. With the progress of the visualization technology, medical visualization technologies have more and more important effect in plan the therapy of the treatment.TPS (Treatment Planning System) is the most important tool in plan the therapy of the treatment, manikin radiation is the most important tool to validate the plan, but, doctors can not research and understand the information form TPS and manikin radiation. For the sake of planning more effect therapy of the treatment, we put forward show the image of TPS and manikin radiation to doctors, and Character pick-up the image to meet the need of doctor. And, the iso-dose line is the most important part.In this paper, the first, we introduced the techniques of medical image obtaining and pre-processing covering from DICOM standards, image enhancement and geometric correction, to various methods of image optimizing. And then, we introduced several method of image feature extraction approaches and dedicated revisions. The features concerned are such as texture feature, edge feature and especial features in radiate treatment. When we research the method of protract iso-dose line, we put forward Chain-track arithmetic based on edge track arithmetic, and put forward an arithmetic based on griddling, based on MC arithmetic, and we analysis the advantage and the disadvantage of them. At the last, an executable system named Emit therapy analysis software(ETAS) using to verify the principal algorithms mentioned in the thesis, with which several highly detailed experiments as well as the analysis of the results are further presented.
