Following the fastly development of medical imaging equipment, 3D reconstruction from medical image is important application of diagnosis medicine, surgery simulation, plastic, and anatonmy. Study on 3D reconstruction from medical images has important significance on science and worthiness in practical application.The main researchful content of 3D reconstruction from medical images include: pretreatment of medical images, such as smoothness of images, pick up the edge. 3D surface reconstruction. 3D body reconstruction. On the basic of medical image sutra academic, the dissertation andvances several new idea and new improvement which include: switch the DICOM format data, which can't be managed by common photo management soft, to BMP format data. Put forward a speediness median filter which can reduce the account number of median filter. At the same time, the speediness median filter can guarantee the quality of the image smoothness. On the basic of the edge pick-up tradition academic, design an edge pick-up arithmetic on edge character, which can produce the low SNR and high edge pick-up result. Improve on insufficiency of the traditional 3D reconstruction arithmetic—MC arithmetic and increase the speed of reconstruction.
