The fundamental goal of radiotherapy is to maximize the radiation dose of concentrated on the lesion (target), kill tumor cells while the surrounding normal tissue and critical organs is as little as possible exposed in the radiation dose.During the process of radiation therapy, the actual parameters of the medical electronic accelerator maybe do not match with the predefined parameters formulated by the treatment plan. This will cause the patients be in dangerous. So the matches between the real-time parameters appear extremely important during the treatment.This paper studies the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) standards widely used in PACS. Based on this, I designed the DICOM image display tool and got the patient care parameters contained in the image. Because the parameters can change during the treatment, I installed the server program in the accelerator and installed the client program in the doctor workstation. The server can send the parameters to the client when required. If the doctor found the parameters changed, he must immediately stop treatment.Finally, the registration is done between the portal images and the images formulated by the TPS. According to the registration results, I constantly changed the position, shape, scale of the Multileaf collimator to make the portal images as close as possible to the images formulated by the TPS.
