| The management of enterprise quality is the most important point of enterprise information-based construction. Therefore, how to improve the quality of production by use of information-based management is the primary issue considered by leaders of steel enterprises. Because quality management needs a great number of data to support it, obtaining and transmitting essential data in time as well as apply it by scientific way are especially important. There are various equipments for data analysis with great differences, causing complicated data structures and different data style. If we develop the data transmission system by the normal way, there must be the complicated net structure formed between data analysis and data incepting system. Considering the characteristics of this system, we break the net structure and insert the middle-layer of data integration between the layers of data analysis and purpose system, making the whole system a hierarchy system. It blends the heterogeneous data analysis into the middle-layer to form a united structure, and then sends it to the final system with unified style, making the system easy to develop and matain.This paper takes the analysis center of iron area in KICS as its project background to research on the characteristics of its data transmission system. |
