| How to make use of computer technology to realize the good communication, cooperation and control of the staff is always the object of office automation system. Along with the quick development and extensive application of the computer network, communication technique and the multimedia technology, the content of office automation also expands. Bringing into the workflow technique in the office automation, making use of a process model to automatically drive a business activity can realize information flow process automation, and improve transaction efficiently.This thesis aims at the request of OA process control in SiChuan Electron & mechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology, takes Workflows Management System (WFMS) reference model as foundation, makes use of a management model according to the ECA rule (Event-Condition-Action) realizes OA flow control, and elaborates the definition of model and description language. The thesis also does research on the implementation of the model according to the workflow management of the ECA rule and introduces the process of workflow engine implementation object-oriented design in detail.Meanwhile, the thesis discusses how to make use of J2EE structure realizing workflow engine. Among them, the scheduling procedure and workflow activity running procedure are elaboration emphasis. And the thesis puts forward to make use of EJB Message Bean and Session Bean to realize the method of the workflows engine. In the meantime, the thesis still studies to make use of the technique of Web Services to implement workflow engine with the integrated problem of other systems. The system provided a good development, application platform for various system integration.The developing work of the workflow engine fraction of the system has already completed. On the whole, its stability, reliability is both good when tested. And now the technique has been applied in the office automation system of SCEMI, whose office is comparatively ideal. |
