For Plm Technology To Prepare Technical Studies

Based on the discrete manufacturing enterprises' requirements and the PLM technology, this thesis researches the process preparation technology.Four aspects of contents are researched mainly.Firstly, the characteristic of the project management technology of PLM was researched, and it presented the process preparation method based on PM which directed the idea for the implement of process preparation based on PLM.Secondarily, it established the process preparation data model, process model, organization model and task model face to PLM by use of the modeling technology. The open system model ensured the achievement of process preparation based PLM.Thirdly, it discussed the optimization of process preparation business process through that combination of the BPR technology and the implement method of PLM. The new business process cooperated with the implement of process preparation based on PLM.At last the architecture of the process preparation management based on PLM was set up and the function modules were designed, furthermore, several key technologies such as single login, development of integrated interface, and process data exchange are minutely researched. It breached the bottle-neck that process information couldn't be shared in the product lifecycle by the implement of process preparation system based on PLM.
