Design And Development Of Community Health Records Management System

Reform the city's health service system, start community health service actively, Establish a prevention, medical, health, rehabilitation, health education and family planning technical guidance, 'six in one' functional reasonable, a convenient, integrated regional network of health services, which is the inevitable trend of development of our country's health. Establish a standardized health records of residents and form a complete health information systems, in addition, the application of advanced technology for data analysis and projections, can not only help to study community groups' basic health and understanding the residents' needs of the health services, which contribute to the implementation of regional health, optimize the configuration of resource, avoid low-level overlap construction, search a continuable mode which suit the region's community health service. Further more, also gradually expanding services content and expand community health service coverage, so that more people will benefit, and health administration departments determine health policy and established a plan of work to provide scientific basis.In this paper, use C/S structure model to develop a healthy community residents' health records information management system.First, this paper presents a system design and development of the three-tier C/S structure model. In the traditional two-tier C/S structure model system of larger applications, its limitations are obvious: low efficiency, poor safety and maintenance. To overcome the limitations of two-tier C/S structure, three-tier C/S structure came into being. Three-tier C/S structure which add operation logic layer in the two-tier C/S structure, the operation logic layer responsible for the database server and client-linking work, play a relay role: on the one hand to convey client-server database request; On the one hand, the database server will return the results of the customer-handling.
