Along with the rapid development of modern process and information technology, based embedded system application electrical products have been widely used in people's life, which improved the technology level of traditional technology manufacture and service style. As the perfect of computer architecture theory and the revolution of microelectronic technology, embedded technique got new progress, the research and application of which is currently hot technique.SOPC is the certain outcome of programmable technique developing. As the technology of SOC and PLD/FPGA combined, integrated the advantages of both, adapt to the application domain of both. And because of its flexibility, it provides a good technology and wide application field to the intensely competitive IT market.Nios Ⅱ microprocessor which is developed by Altera inc. based on SOPC technology is a changeable, general RISC CPU. The developer can conveniently design the system by using SOPC Builder. Using Nios Ⅱ cpu combined with the developer's idea can be realized in FPGA. The whole design process represents the design idea of reconfigurable, orient to user, orient to application. Other than, using the integrated development platform and assistant development tools related to Nios Ⅱ can improve the development speed of Nios Ⅱ system design and verification, which has the good wealth and active signification to the development and application of embedded system products.This design is in the use of Nios Ⅱ which is designed by Altera Inc. and has thirty two 32bits general registers, 32 bits instruction length and data bus, integrated the RTOS operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ into its development tools.
