Equipment For Colleges And Universities, Office Management System Design And Realization

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, especially computer technology, net technology, communication technology and automation technology, Office Automation (termed OA) develops at a higher level on technology and application. It has become an important mark of modern society and an essential part of informatization in colleges.After three generations, Office Automation has developed to a new stage in which dynamic knowledge management has been realized, with knowledge management as core. The development technology of Office Automation based on SQL database has a powerful function and is able to be realized easily. Workflow technology, originated from production organization and Office Automation, has developed rapidly with the development of net technology and database technology. The issue of Microsoft.NET has presented an excellent development platform for Office Automation based on workflow technology. By introducing the development technology and the history of Office Automation, the author designs in this thesis the instrument and equipment management system oriented to colleges, applying Microsoft.NET technology as development platform and B/S three-story frame under Windows 2000 Server+SQL Server 2000. On the basis of detailed introduction to the core development technologies of workflow theory and Microsoft.NET development platform, the author discusses, by the thought of software engineering, the client demand analysis oriented to college instrument and equipment management system, put forward the overall structure design scheme of the system and analyzes the functions of two modules.
