The Design And Implementation Of The Textbook Management Information System Of The Chengdu Normal College

With the development of information technology, the construction of teachingmanagement informatization of every teacher and student of school management, natureof the work is very important. A large number of features, management of teachingmaterials is complicated, so the textbook management affect the teaching work canproceed smoothly. On the basis of Chengdu Normal University to develop a set ofsuitable materials management system promoted to undergraduate later, not only canimprove the work efficiency of management, reduce the burden on the staff, but alsoimprove the authenticity of information exchange.This system uses the Delphi development platform, as a back-end database to SQLserver2005, B/S structure, followed more popular in the management system ofstructured systems analysis and design methods. It has a strong ease of use, a higherdegree of sharing of information resources, user-friendly, easy to maintain, and bettersecurity.This system can realize the daily work of the teaching branch operation, also canachieve the teachers and students to reserve the books,etc. It is divided into fivemodules: textbook reservations, textbook management, teaching materials storagetextbook a library and teaching materials to query five modules in the design andrealization. Teachers use the information furnished by the Department of the requiredtextbooks, textbook entry to book and submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs. All of these operations can be performed through the system on the network,all data can be shared in real time.This paper introduces the implementation and testing of materials managementinformation system of Chengdu Normal University of needs analysis, detailed design,code. Demand analysis, first carries on the overall demand analysis, function modulerequirement analysis of the system; secondly, the feasibility analysis of the system; finally, the demand of the system use cases and process. The detailed design, first on theoverall design of the system; the second is decomposed design and functional modulesof the system; once again, class diagram, timing diagram of the system are designed;finally has carried on the detailed design of the system database. Implementation andtesting, first on the realization of the system in the storage management, databasemanagement, materials management, system management module, and gives therelevant code; at the end of the teaching material system has been tested. I believe thissystem will be teaching management informatization construction of Chengdu NormalUniversity plays a positive role in promoting.
