Broadcasting used to be one of the media that have high popularity rate. However, according to some research data, its position has been falling down continuously after TV had replaced it. As the research of people's media contact in big cities in our country shows, at the end of the 21st century, the contact rate and the importance of index of broadcasting even ranked after those of magazine, and it had been extruded from the three big media. However, broadcasting again shows the indication of growing up recently. In China, the marketing management of media had met many problems in the process of practice. As a traditional medium, broadcasting used to be a single career mode. Nowadays, this situation has changed. Broadcasting is developing not only its career, but also its industry. The speed and degree of the development of broadcasting lie on how the broadcasting industry develops. Therefore, based on the system environment of the market economy, focusing on the great changes caused by information technology, and applying the theory of modem economics, this paper searches for the universal law of the development of broadcasting products, broadcasting media and broadcasting industry. This paper also discusses the regulation of bylaw and the way of development by combining with the Chinese situation and the challenges brought by the entrance of WTO.The structure of this paper is arranged as follows:This article mainly revolves five aspects questions to carry on the economic analysis to the broadcasting medium.
