The management network system is the main party of 3G and is an important way of keeping network reliable and safe. At the beginning, the paper introduces the basic knowledge of TMN(Telecommunication management network) and WCDMA, Then it researches the 2G and 3G's united network management system,At last it introduce the project in detail.
