Based on radar target simulation theory and system requirement, system hardware and software realization methods are described in detail. Especially introduce TMS320C6201, and software development idea and guide. One important point is to use DSP to realize different target tracks with a flexible method. We simulates many kinds of input to the radar simulator and the output signals show that the radar simulator meets predefined requirements during test.
