With the increasing complexity of the battlefield environment and the rapid development of the technology of the interference, the requirements of radar track processing are becoming higher. Therefore, it is an important problem for radar data processing to realize the track processing accurately and quickly. This thesis is based on the research project and the background of the network radar simulation system, which studies the tracking process of single radar data. For each link of the radar track processing, it analyzes the three important parts of the radar tracking processing, the original point tracking, the track initiation and the correlation filtering. The main work and achievements in this thesis are as follows:1. It introduces the basic function and engineering design steps of radar track processing, analyzes the key link correlation gate control and tracking filter, put forward the problem of track initiation when the target is turned and the problem of multiple target when targets are cross according to the actual engineering.2. Two kinds of track initiation techniques are studied, which are the simply Intuitive Algorithm and The Logic Algorithm that is commonly used in engineering. In the track tracking, the tracking of maneuver target is easy to lose. To resolve this problem, it improve the method of The Logic Algorithm by resetting the correlation gate and expanding the correlation gate on azimuth and distance. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can improve the correct rate of the track initiation when the target is turned.3. A detailed discussion is made on the important correlation filtering algorithm in the formation of tracks, which is used for the Nearest Neighbor Filtering(NNSF) Algorithm, the Probabilistic Data Association Filtering(PDAF) Algorithm and the Multi Hypothesis Tracking Algorithm(MHT), and of which the effect of PDAF is better by simulation analysis than others. According to the fact that the cross-moving of multi-targets is error prone, the Joint Probabilistic Data Association Filter(JPDAF) Algorithm is studied based on PDAF Algorithm. The results show that the JPDAF Algorithm is effective.4. The simulation platform of radar is designed, which includes communication module, radar data calculation module, radar signal processing module and main control module,which of the radar data calculation module is the focus of this thesis. The modified algorithms are used to the module of the track data processing. The platform can be extended to a number of radars by modifying the radar parameters of deployment and can track multiple targets from different directions, so that they can improve the quality of the formation of radar tracks and provide reliable data for the follow-up work. At last, this thesis takes the target of multi object cross motion as an example, in order to test and verify the feasibility and practicability of the platform, and also verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm, and provides a basic application platform for the further study of the jamming and anti-jamming technology of the follow-up.
