Paper Circuit Drawings Digital Processing Technology

Because of long-playing manufacture, a mass of plants still have so many papery blueprints which have significant value nowadays. In order to storing ,re-using and amending these data, digital processing is the only way, especially in the corporations which adopt administration of information networks . The research of this paper has abroad application in the digital field.Firstly, this paper investigates the field of existing digital processing technology, finds out the application filed of blueprint digital processing and studies the status and development of this research. Papery blueprints digital processing includes compress storage and standardization which are based on the comprehension of the blueprints. Digital processing , high definition and standardization, a small quantity of storage are the main research fields we should pay more attention.The key techniques of this papery blueprints digital processing are comprised of four aspects, papery blueprint comprehension, compress storage, standardization and blueprint redraw. After scanning the blueprint into the computer, we adopt different threshold to do the threshold in the different area of the blueprint, this method will achieve best processing effect. Comprehension of the blueprint is based on the threshold.Due to the big size of the blueprint, the existing compress arithmetic is not the best choice. Based on the research of the blueprint, this paper introduces a new method to do the compress of the data. This new arithmetic is based on the description characters, using coordinate to memorize the information of the whole blueprint. It is the significant innovation of this paper.Most of the blueprints are painted by manual workers. Moreover, due to the diversity of the electric component symbol, different criterion arouses the inconvenience of the blueprints re-using.
