| With the improvement of the national economy, nowadays logistics rapidincrease in China. In recent years, the optimal allocation among the packaging unit,handling unit and container unit plays a significant role in the process of thetransportation, handling, transport, distribution and processing. This paper built themathematical models and gave the optimization of solutions for the matchingrelationship among packaging unit, handling unit and container unit. That have apractical significance for improving the standardization and assembled unit level oflogistics system.First, the paper summarizes the development of standardization and unitization inChina. Then, it clears the concept of the logistics standardization and unitization, thetype and role of the unitization. Tabu search algorithm is an important for solving theproblem among the packaging unit, handling unit and unitization, such as pallet loadand packing problem, the paper explains the key parameters of the tabu searchalgorithm and the algorithm process. Then, the author focused on building themathematical model among the packaging unit, handling unit and container unit.Basing on the sample selection of the packaging unit, handling unit and container unit,author established the mathematical match model, used tabu search algorithm to getthe solution and proposed the program of specific pallet stacking and packingsolutions. Finally, with a numerical example, verified the validity of the model andalgorithm and gave the recommendations about the optimized configuration forpackaging unit, handling unit and container unit.The result of the paper provides a quantitative analysis method and experimentalmethod for displaying a reference for the study of the matching problem among thepackaging unit, handling unit and container unit, which saving logistics system costsand improving operational efficiency. |
