The rapid development and popularization of emerging computer technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and big data have made digital resources a major source of information for people.This has made traditional publishing companies begin to transform into digital media companies,which makes the development of digital resources the core of the strategy.However,how to improve the efficiency of digitizing books,newspapers and other resources has not been well solved,which has also become a bottleneck restricting the growth of publishing companies.This paper designs a digital standardized processing management system,which can effectively solve the problem of heavy and messy management in the digital processing of book resources and improve the efficiency of digitizing resources.The whole system is composed of 5 main parts,including information management,basic data management,production process management,performance management,and operator functions,and it is built by Client/Server(C/S)architecture.The client is only responsible for simple tasks such as user interaction or data presentation.The complex functions,such as creating and assigning process tasks,storing work data,managing processing tool,etc.are handed over to the server.The client is written in Java,and front-end technologies such as HTML,CSS,and JavaScript are used to implement the web page.Meanwhile the server is composed of three frameworks,Spring,SpringMVC and Hibernate.We use Docker to deploy server-side applications automately which can facilitate migration and management of the system.In addition,in order to improve reliability of system,we use Nginx to implement load balancing.The architecture of the digital standardized processing management system based on JavaEE has the characteristics of high concurrency and easy expansion.After system functional and stress test analysis,the load balancing strategy based on IP binding can better meet the business requirements than the traditional polling and weighted polling strategies.In the data processing business scenario,the throughput increases by about 15%,which reduces the difficulty of system construction and achieves high system stability.For system security,this project uses URL and token check mechanisms to filter requests,remove certain dangerous characters and check whether token parameters are correct,effectively preventing XSS and CSRF attacks.Compared to the case without any protection,the request response time has only increased by 10%.The establishment of digital standardized processing management system has effectively solved the difficult and messy management problem in the digital processing of book resources,and improved the efficiency of digitalization of resources,which is a huge breakthrough in digital publishing.Also,this system has high practical value for publishing companies with small national financial investment.
