With the development of Electronic Commerce, cooperation in enterprise and between enterprises is accelerated. So the demand to Collaborate is higher. CRM(customer relations management) make the management of customer relations more efficient. However, because of the dissymmetry of information , the work enterprise inside doesn't synchronous, CRM can't solve problem completely. The concept of computer supported cooperative work(CSCW) give a more efficient way to solve such a problem. In collaborate environment, via the technique of networks and collaborate, synchronous the supply chain and everyone in enterprise, even between enterprises. So it can make the enterprise together, such as customer and employee, employee and employee etc, so that the enterprise can settle problem of customer immediately. Such a system needs a uniform platform. J2EE supply such a platform, it define a series of application standards and environment, so that programmer can pay more attention to solve the business problem. Collaborate CRM is base on work stream, via network and information technique, make collaborate commerce true. This paper base on J2EE structure, study the collaborate technique, bring forward a new concept for Customer relations management.
