Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Office System Based On CSCW

With the constant development of electric、computer and information technology, the way of the office of each enterprise is being changed. It is developed from the traditional manual way to office automation. But the traditional office system is divided based on sub-departments, information sharing rate is very low. It makes communication difficult between sub-departments. It also influences the development of many enterprises. How to improve the efficient of the office is the needs of the officeholder. The project "Cooperative Office System Based on CSCW" is based on highly development of the computer technology and internet technology. It is suitable for disposing the need of office issues.The main content of the project is to survey the cooperative office system. This paper design and implement the cooperative office system based on CSCW. The system includes ten function modules, they are management of official documents、file management and resource management、task management、application management、announcements management、 knowledge management、archives management、agenda widget and address list. I participate in the analyzing and designing of the system with three modules, they are the management of official documents、file management and resource management.the main contributions are as follows:(1) According to the analysis and investigation of the cooperative office system based on CSCW,obtain the requirement of the system. Then design the overall architecture based on CSCW. The system selects and uses B/S and the four level J2EE architecture. The server is Weblogic,the database is SQL Server2008. It provides the foundation for preliminary and detailed design.(2) According to the requirement analysis of the cooperative office system based on CSCW, the preliminary and detailed design is done. They include function preliminary design, E-R diagram design, sequence diagram and database table detailed design. It ensures the implementation and application effect of the system.(3) According to the preliminary and detailed design of the cooperative office system based on CSCW,it presentation the implementation and application of the system. The management of official documents includes the sending of file draftings the approval of sending file、official post、receiving file proposing. The file management includes the management of official document%meeting minutes and planing. The resource management includes the management of meeting room、office supplies、suppliers、vehicle、driver and worker archives.(4) In the end, the cooperative office system based on CSCW is implemented. The function and the performance testing of the cooperative office system is done. The testing environment、test case statistics and test complete status is presentation. The test condition statistics includes the number of test cases、pass-test cases、none pass-test cases、the number of BUG、the code number and per one thousand lines of BUGS. The results prove that the functions of cooperative office system has been achieved the goal and in normal using.At present, the cooperative office system based on CSCW has been used in the unit, it improves the efficiency of the office business processing greatly and reduces the error rate. So the cooperative office system has important practical significance and referential meaning.
