With the increasingly fierce of market competition, enterprises are facing a problem which is that how to effectively track customer, to change transactions from short-term trading practices to long-term relations of cooperation, to build a marketing system from "product-centric" to "customer-centric". Customer relationship management is such a solution.Customer Relationship Management is a new management mechanism which is designed to improve the relationship between businesses and their customers. Through the implementation of customer relationship management can improve communication between businesses and customers, and to meet customer's demand better and to achieve the purpose of retention of the existing customers and dig potential customers.Customer relationship management is becoming the focus of a modern enterprise. Data mining is one of the core technologies of customer relationship management. With the rapid development of the information process and the rapid expansion of the volume of enterprise data, data mining technology provides effective support to extract the value behind huge amounts of the data. It is of great significance to establish useful and efficient CRM application systems to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve enterprise management level and to increase the revenue of business.This paper, first through the customer relationship management (CRM) theory, the theory of analytical CRM and its supporting technical analysis, specifically data mining technology in the role of analytical CRM; through analytical CRM in general composition and model analysis, the analysis the theme-based CRM system and data requirements are described, and analytical CRM system function modules, systems and data warehouse architecture model for design; Finally, the analysis based on data mining for a simple CRM system application analysis.In this paper, analytical customer relationship management features in the data warehouse architecture to separate the operation of the data warehouse database and analysis into the database, two databases in real-time interactive concurrent operation is independently of each other's case. More and more companies began to develop e-commerce, began to use the Internet to promote products and user communication, etc., the data on these sites are also increasingly become the main analytical CRM data sources, analysis of these data to extract useful information about a customer enterprises is an important task.
