With the development of Computer Technology, all trades and professions carry out information management, and education is no exception. Some software of courses arrangement have been successfully worked out by administration departments of schools and specialized companies, however, most of them lack generality and fail to meet the demands of all situations. After studying a vast amount of information and data in this field, the author finally decided to program the courses arranging system which could satisfy the real situation of secondary vocational schools.Because of its own characteristics of the secondary vocational school, the arrangement of curriculum becomes an extraordinarily complex project. Currently, the main problem to solve is the inharmony of all resources including teachers, experimental training room and time, which can be caused by the increasement of operation skill classes. In this study, we apply computer technology in teaching administration so as to release the teachers from heavy work, improve the efficiency and quality of courses arranging, and in the end, promote the informationization of the teaching administration. Not only had we investigated the problems of current teaching administration in secondary vocational schools, but also we analyzed plenty of arranging algorithms domestic and abroad, such as genetic Algorithm, ant colony Algorithm, and retrospective Algorithm. After all those efforts, the author found that the key to solve the arrangement of courses was to use the efficient developing techniques and the algorithm suitable to the professional school teaching characteristics. The algorithm of arrangement of course has long been considered to be an NP-Complete problem, a problem requiring the best arrangement of time, space and people concerned. Usually, the incorrect exploring of current course arrangement software may lead to an endless loop. To avoid this annoying endless loop, we tried in our research to improve back-racking algorithm by considering all limited conditions. At last, we resolve the common conflicts in course arranging to suit the new invocation of teaching in secondary vocational schools.
