With the high school curriculum to promote a comprehensive reform, elective courses and credit have been a major highlight of high school education. But because the traditional "artificial paper" of the elective course and credit management exists many shortcomings, it has become a challenge for the new curriculum reform. To make the effective implementation of the elective course and credit system, we design and implement a new high school course selection system based on ASP.NET. People-oriented concept of the new curriculum is embodied. This paper analyzes the traditional elective system for the development of technology and elective use of algorithms, combined with the actual high school course selection, the paper offers a better design:B/S mode, ASP.NET technology, three-tier structure, the elective courses algorithm of the wishes classification which are randomly selected to achieve an easy to use, efficient, and relatively fair elective system, and on this basis to improve their safety and reliability. This paper introduces the system development related to technology, the overall design framework, systems and database design process. It focuses on the classification of voluntary fair algorithm randomly selected RBAC access control methods, and the system part of the implementation code and the sample of the running results. Finally, according to the system, the deficiencies found during implementation, the paper proposes improvement scheme for determining the direction of future research.
