Beijing's city waterlogging disaster is day by day serious. Reducing the city flooding disaster, has become the question which is urgent needs to be solved in the Beijing developing process .he Beijing meteorological observatory and the Tianjin normal university computer and the information engineering institute decided to develop "Beijing Rainstorm Waterlogging Disaster Forecast System", this article author participated in this project research and the design. And has completed the present paper in this foundation.This system only has completed the second issue of task until now, namely kernel algorithm and kernel development technology research, surface rainfall data processing and image display. Each main module design work all is independently completes by the author.This forecast system development involves to the meteorology, the hydraulics, the hydrology, the city geography information study, the computational mathematics and the computer science and so on the multi-disciplinary knowledge, has the great difficulty. This system divides into several big modules: The data acquisition, the grid cut in half, the data processing, the ponding quantity computation, the data image display.In data processing and grid DPP, the author has made the improvement to the existing method, used dynamic weighting least squares method to replace tradition least squares method. This increased the computation precision in the very great degree. Particularly in large-scale data processing to the original Gauss wave million for the improvement of law-equation in a significant way to enhancing the speed of data processing systems. Stagnant water in computing systems, based on the author consecutive equation, the momentum equation, complex side of the differential equation form of expression group the basic principles of mechanics water for several typical terrain analyses separately from the corresponding format based on the differential formula.This system is in Studio.net environment develops, uses the C# programming language, takes SQL Server 2000 as backstage database. ,and draws support from geographic information system ArcGIS 9.0. After the system being completed , will forecast to the Beijing city rainstorm waterlogging disaster to the vital role.
