And the eleven modules is parametersetting module, color setting module, video glancing module,video data gathering module, video data replaying module,pasting text information module, video data copying module,video picture glancing module, module of the datatransmitting from air to ground, GPS data transmitting moduleand system help module.â'ŒConclusionBy solving the problems in the process of the project,we can get the following conclusions: it is very importantfor the computer technology to be applied widely in thefield of weather modification, it is very important andcan help us to the researchers'efficiency; by readingthe interface address of the DLL with Visual Basic 6.0,we can controlled the video gathering card, gathering data of cloud, saving idata in database, and guaranteeing thedata soft; by developing, realizing all function ofdemand, not only realized the gathering and managementof the video data, but also realized the function ofcapturing diagram, replaying the video and BMP data ofsaving, and the diagram data can be transmitted from airto ground by radio, realized the transmitting function.In the field of weather modification, by the VisualBasic 6.0 and SDK(DLL) technology, the open and applyingof project files of the further development can promotethe modernization and development of the weathermodification.
