Workflow Based On Xml Database System Research And Design

With the development of Internet technology and manager technology, workflow is a promising technology in the field of computer application and research today. But different workflow can not work together, because different researcher and company use different method to describe their workflow. This blocked the development and application of the workflow. With more and more use of XML, it is accepted by all that XML is the standard of data transport through networks. This paper attach the XML database and workflow together, In order to make the workflow can operate each other. And lay emphases on the XML work schema, proposes the XML-based workflow system.A survey of workflow and XML is given. The architecture of a workflow system are emphasized.This thesis proposes the architecture of the XML-based workflow system. As for process modeling, proposes the modeling of the XML-based workflow system, and traverse and design;As for inner data exchange of workflow system, XML is brought out to describe and organize the data of workflow models.In the following the design solution of this workflow system is given based on the system architecture and nowadays technology developing levels. With java, and use the system independence feature of XML, work out the workflow that has a strong ability to extend.
