The Tianxiang Management Information System Design And Realization

As an advanced management tool for enterprises, Management Information System (MIS) plays an important role in the development of national economy and effective running of enterprises. The roles of MIS in the enterprise include: arranging the production plan reasonably, increasing the efficiency, reducing the cost, improving the service quality, raising the level and diathesis of management, enhancing the competition ability of the enterprise. This paper was based on the development of Management Information System of JinHua TianXiang moto Inc.This thesis firstly analysed the status and the necessity of construction of information system for the small-middle enterprises, then studied currently applied and advanced ideas and theories on management and information system construction, by doing that, absorbed something suitable for this type of enterprises doing well incirculating, in order to guide the construction and laid solid foundations for following analysis and design, in addition discussed the mode more suitable for the system.On the basis of above work, allowing for the situation of JinHua TianXiang moto Inc, further analyzed the operation flows about sale, storage and purchase in the company and meanwhile improved them with the application of progressive methods; By recurring to logical model and main data flows, the conclusion in analysis phase, carefully designed the information system. During the design, especially for database, software architecture and network environment, thought over communication with relative enterprises and customers and attached much importance to Internet and intranet.Finally, with the implementation and evaluation of system, acquired some precious experiences and lessons aiming at perfect the system in order to reach universal standard of information system for the enterprises doing well incommodity circulation and suit for them.
