The Network Education Resources of Primary and Middle Schoolsare being constructed and perfected, among of them, the Network Coursewaredevelops much more quickly, many websites about courseware of Primary andMiddle Education begin to occur spontaneously or organized, and prompt theprosperous of courseware . At the same time, the organization and managementof the Network Courseware begin to be an important problem which influencesthe popularization and application.This thesis focuses on the courseware resources of the Primary and MiddleSchools, studying on its stored and presented carriers, courseware-base,constructional condition and theory, taking the advantage of other systemsdeveloping methods, and analyze and design the developing procedure ofcourseware-base;Basing on these, with the guide of studying theory , put thetheory into its practice, a new courseware-base is developed. This would behelpful to the construction of Primary and Middle Digital Education Resources.The thesis reviews the global Network Education developing history, andanalyze the construction practice of domestic courseware-base, grasp thecondition, problems and developing direction. The 3rd chapter is the focus,it gives a serious analysis and design to the development ofcourseware-base.
