Multimedia Courseware Development And Its Model Research

Computer multimedia technology, as a key factor of modern education technology, has been gradually used in the teaching. However, the key of modern education technology is multimedia courseware, which plays an important role in modern subjects and will be an essential teaching source. In modern times, there are mainly two aspects of the research and development of multimedia courseware. One is that we lay stress on the study and introduction of the tools of multimedia courseware development; the other is that we focus on the results of multimedia courseware development of some subject, but overlook it, as a kind of software development, has development model and development process.The essay is based on the research and analysis of modern study field of multimedia courseware, and expatiates on the similarities and differences between multimedia courseware and general software. Besides, applying the ideas and methods of software engineering, the essay gives the concepts of the life circle of multimedia courseware and multimedia courseware engineering ,and constructs in keeping with the develepment of different scale coursewares such as waterfall model, fountain model, rapid prototyping model and increment model. What is more, by the example of Mathematics of Junior High School of a series of multimedia courseware development, we prove that increment model can improve the quality and efficiency development when it is used, and has a practical meaning to the modern multimedia courseware development.
